You are purchasing a license that allows you to offer the digital designs listed on THIS website as PRINTED transfers. This includes but is not limited to: DTF, sublimation, htv, stickers, vinyl…. If you are unsure your use is covered you are welcome to email me: melisa@socuteappliques.com This license is only allowed for small businesses that print the gangsheets or transfers themselves. This does NOT include print on demand sites. You MUST be the one printing, no 3rd party printing allowed. You MUST watermark the images! There are NO designs included with this purchase. This is a one-time purchase that will allow you to sell transfers of ANY design that is posted on this website now or in the future.
THE BASICS:
You know the rules but here they are in black and white just in case. Copying, tracing, sharing, selling, licensing, renting, transferring, giving away, distributing, reproducing, hosting, or exploiting any artwork or design from this website is strictly prohibited. You may not under any circumstances use any design in whole or in part to create a new digital design you intend to sell, share or give away. Claiming any artwork from this website as your own is prohibited. Any picture used to advertise a design from this website must be watermarked. Digitizing any artwork for embroidery or 3d printing is prohibited. PRINT ON DEMAND is NEVER allowed!
LICENSING:
You MUST purchase this license is if you intend on selling printed transfers using our designs. This includes gangsheets, single transfers, stickers, vinyl, sublimation, etc.Â
You are allowed to add the design to a gangsheet builder on your website as long as they are watermarked and being printed BY YOU! This license does NOT allow any 3rd party printing or PRINT ON DEMAND.
The selling of TRANSFERS of any kind is NOT allowed without a PRINT LICENSE.
This includes Sublimation, DTF, Screen Prints, HTV, GANGSHEETS or any other type of transfer. IF you have a LIFETIME License from SoCutePrintCo that was sold between 2018 and 2023 please email me and update your information (You DO NOT need to purchase an additional license)Â Once your information has been updated that license will be accepted HERE and you will be allowed to sell transfers or add to your onsite gangsheet builder as long as they are watermarked and unable to be copied. You need to update your information BEFORE selling transfers.
REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES:
Refunds and exchanges are not allowed on any digital purchase. PLEASE download all digital files at time of purchase. It is always best to save them and back them up!
